Very strong sounding grasshopper. When i rode home from work at 11 a. M. I heard a strong sounding grasshopper in a neighbor's busch i run into my house and picked up my recorder and mic and run out tried coming closest possible for good sound, but it was a little too close because the hopper become silent. I was looking for a sound that fitted a dance studio/recording studio reception area so i mixed a few sounds together and came up with this. It has traffic sounds, various bird sounds, indistinct chatter, a thumping bass in the background like in a room on the floor above and a harmony group practising somewhere else in the building. Could be useful for a radio play, movie scene or theatre play.

Sfx for a mail being delivered through a mail slot. It is a recorded with a hinged piece of metal screwed to wood because i no longer live in a place with a mail slot but needed the sound.
